Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy includes provisions regarding the storage, use, disposal and transmission of personal information. It also includes clauses relating to the application of privacy protections under the Personal Health Information Protection Act.
For funding purposes, the Montfort Foundation may not obtain, use or disclose personal health information about individuals without their consent. This information must be limited to the name and mailing address of the person.
The Foundation may obtain personal information from Montfort to inform its audiences of the campaigns and fundraising activities it is conducting to support the hospital. A recipient may request to be removed from the mailing list at any time.
The Montfort Foundation is committed to not renting, selling or exchanging personal information. If you believe that we have violated your rights, you can file a complaint with the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario:
