We are pleased to invite you to a free mini-conference (held in French), during which Dr. Jean Grenier, PhD., c. Psych, will discuss the very close relationship between physical and mental health.
The two do not coexist independently simply as neighbours who know each other and live on the same street. In fact, they are neighbours who more often than not live together in the same house. But what one person is experiencing will affect what the other is experiencing. There is therefore an intimate and bidirectional link between physical and psychological health. But how does this cohabitation manifest itself? What are some examples of what people can experience daily in the context of certain chronic illnesses? How can the psychologist be useful in this context and contribute in a relevant way to the well-being of the patient and the continuum of care?
